NIH CIO-SP4

NITAAC evaluations remain delayed due to ongoing protests, staff changes, and lack of a source selection authority; CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs were extended through 29 April 2025, but further extensions or transitions may be needed (no awards announced as of July 2025; GSA is preparing to potentially take over management of the vehicle).
